What is the MycoTOX Profile®?

Mycotoxins are toxic compounds produced by certain types of mold. Exposure can occur through water-damaged buildings, food, vehicles, and other environmental sources.

The MycoTOX Profile® from Mosaic Diagnostics is a urine-based assessment that measures 11 different mycotoxins, including compounds within the Aflatoxin, Ochratoxin, Zearalenone, and Trichothecene families.

The results provide valuable information about the mycotoxins being excreted by the body. When reviewed alongside an individual’s health history and clinical presentation, they can help a qualified practitioner better understand potential exposure and determine appropriate next steps.

What is The Dust Test?

The Dust Test is a simple, at-home environmental screening tool that analyzes dust from the home for 36 mold species.

Rather than relying on a single air sample that captures only what is airborne at one moment, dust provides a broader look at what has accumulated in the environment over time.

Results are translated into an easy-to-understand Mold Code from 1 to 5, helping you determine whether mold levels appear typical or whether the home may require further investigation.

Connecting the body to the home

The MycoTOX Profile® helps reveal which mycotoxins are being detected in the body. The Dust Test screens for mold species within the home that may be associated with those findings.

When viewed together, the results can help individuals and their practitioners:

We Inspect can also develop a prioritized remediation plan focused on the areas likely to have the greatest impact. Inspection services and remediation planning are separate services and products sold separately from the Mycotoxin Body + Home Bundle.

3 Resolve

HomeCleanse offers separate remediation and medical-grade cleaning services based on the findings and recommendations from an inspection. These services are not included in the Mycotoxin Body + Home Bundle and are sold separately.

This targeted approach addresses identified sources while reducing contamination throughout the home, rather than treating mold as a general cleaning problem.

4 Protect

After remediation and cleaning are complete, We Inspect offers separate follow-up testing to evaluate whether the work was successful.
